夜はリーズナブルに炭焼きの焼き鳥屋さんですが、お昼はお手頃価格のランチも提供されています。
唐揚げ定食をいただきました。
山盛りの唐揚げですが、下味の塩梅が決め手で鶏モモの旨みを引き出しています。揚げ具合も熟練で、カラッと油切れが良く、気持ちよくいただけます。
美味しく味わっている間に完食です。
お味も量も考えられた見事な唐揚げ定食です。
