以下を注文しました。
・伏見タンメン [880円]
・ニンニク餃子 [440円]
伏見タンメンは、全粒粉入りの細麺となしの細麺の2種類でした。
平打ち麺はないのかな。タンメンは平打ちが好きなんで残念。
今回は全粒粉入りにしました。
無料トッピングは、酢生姜、旨辛高菜、温泉卵から選べます。
今回は酢生姜にしました。
スープはほんのり甘みを感じる塩味。しみじみ美味しいです。
麺は歯切れの良い食感でこれはこれで美味しいです。
具は白菜、豚バラがたっぷり。カイワレ、糸唐辛子も載っています。
後半は酢生姜を入れたり、ラー油を入れたりで味変して楽しみます。
身体があったまります。
ニンニク餃子は、そんなににんにくは強くないかな。普通に美味しいです。
