This time we are going on a tour of international cuisine. I went to a restaurant called "THE LOTUS Asian Trattoria". It's an interesting combination of being a trattoria (Italian Cafeterias) but with Asian food. As you would expect from an Italian Cuisine restaurant run by an experienced Indonesian person, you can enjoy not only Italian cuisine, but also Indonesian Cuisine and Asian cuisine such as curry. It's like no other. I was really interested in Italian Cuisine food, but I wanted to try Indonesian Cuisine, so I decided on: ・Otaotaku x 2 (500 yen including tax) ・Mie Goreng (1,000 yen including tax). Mee Goreng was on the lunch menu, but they made it for me. thank you. By the way, ota ota is minced fish wrapped in banana leaves and grilled.It is Indonesian Cuisine, but it varies by region, so it is so rare that it can only be eaten here. In fact, I don't remember ever seeing it at any of the stores I've been to. ◯Food/Taste...I can't believe I can eat such rare and delicious Indonesian Cuisine at a trattoria... Italian Cuisine food may be the main dish, but I think Indonesian Cuisine would also work well.・Ota Ota Start with the nice scent of leaves. It's similar to kamaboko, but it seems like coconut milk and Bubble tea flour are added to it, giving it a different flavor and texture. It has Ethnic Cuisine feel. And the peanut-flavored sauce is really delicious.・Mie Goreng Indonesian Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). It is quite luxurious with toppings such as meat skewers, fried eggs, and even shrimp noodles. Deeply sweet and salty seasoning, addictive. You can eat this with rice as a side dish. The sauce on the meat skewers is also delicious with a sweet and spicy taste. It also came with Indonesian pickles and chili sauce, so you could enjoy it until the end while changing the taste and texture. ◯Service...Everyone at the store was pleasant and not formal. The Indonesian staff was very kind, helping me with the flavors of the various dishes and explaining them to me. ◯Atmosphere...It's small, and the seating is like a bar with a few tables and a few counter seats. It's small, but it's not crowded and has a nice, calm atmosphere. 〇Cost performance...I think the price is low considering the location and type of store. 〇Overall...It's an interesting combination of Italian Cuisine and Ethnic Cuisine cuisine made by an Indonesian chef. Indonesian Cuisine from the homeland of a truly otaku chef named Mee Goreng was delicious. The customer service was good, it was conveniently located near the station, and it was a nice store that seemed easy to use.
