せっかく、食べ歩きで、名古屋まで来たら……

味噌煮込みうどんだな
※まだ、残暑で暑いけど
こちらのお店
カウンター席があるので
おひとり様でも、入りやすいよ
注文したのは
みそ煮込みうどん 920円(税込)
※トッピング無しの、シンプルタイプ
細めで、固めごわごわの食感
味噌はあっさり
なんだけど、酸味強めで、かなり濃いよ
※頑張って飲んだけど、（半分）飲み切れず
割と具だくさんで
ネギ、お麩、椎茸、かまぼこ、刻み揚げ
そして、鶏肉片2個
味噌煮込みうどんって
数えるほどしか
食べた事ないので
多分だけど
今回のような、シンプル過ぎる食べ方だと
満足度的には、上がって来ない気がする
※ご飯、肉、玉子等が、あってこその、料理なのかも
若干
物足りなさはあったけど
美味しかったです
