【旅行編 ～愛知県名古屋市～】
名古屋にやってきました。
愛知県と言えば、赤味噌が使われたお料理が名物です。さっそくこちらで味噌煮込みうどんをいただいてみました。
いただいたものは、かしわと卵が入った味噌煮込みうどんです。
本当は天ぷら入りのものが食べたかったのですが売り切れでした。
さっそくいただいてみます。
うどんは硬いです。私のうどんのイメージは柔らかもっちりなので、こちらのうどんは私の好みとは少し違いますが、こういう食感のうどんもアリなのかな、と思います。
私は以前、名古屋の他の有名な味噌煮込みうどんの店で食べたことがありますが、そちらのものは、うどんの中心部分に芯が残っているほど硬かったです。
どうやら、名古屋の味噌煮込みうどんとは、硬い食べ物のようです。
うどんのスープは、見た目は濃厚そうですが、飲んでみるとあっさりさらりとしています。
ですが、赤味噌の旨味はきちんと楽しめます。塩辛くなく、渋みもなく、角がなくまろやかです。
しみじみ美味しいな、と思えるスープです。
味噌煮込みうどんが食べられて、名古屋に来たことを実感できました。
夜の閉店時間は早めなので、おでかけの際は営業時間にご注意ください。
