みそ煮込うどんの名店です。
みそ煮込うどんのメニューの中に、カレー煮込うどんが混ざっているのが気になりますが、みそ煮込うどんが有名なので、ここはやっぱりみそ煮込うどんで！
みそ煮込うどんの梅(玉子とかしわ入り)とご飯少々を注文しました。
黒い紙のエプロンと一緒に、グツグツの状態で提供されますよ。味噌が服につくのがこわいから、とりあえず、エプロンをつけときましょう。…ッあ！やっぱり味噌がハネた！つけといてよかったなぁ、エプロン。
芳ばしい赤味噌の味わいと、細めだけどしっかりとした歯ごたえのうどんがよく合います。
玉子は最後までとっておいて、ご飯に味噌と玉子を乗せて、混ぜて雑炊風にしていただきました。…うん、美味しい！
何気にみそ煮込うどん以外のメニュー(親子丼とか、きしめんとか)も気になりますが、皆、みそ煮込うどんを注文してるから、頼みづらいかな…。
