名古屋に行ったら是非とも食べたかったひつまぶし。
16時過ぎの来店予約で2時間ちょい待ち。2時間後に来店すると、その日の予約は終了していました。
入店すると5〜6組程度が入れる個室に案内され、迷わず4,600円のひつまぶしをオーダー。
四等分にしてまずはそのまま、二杯目は薬味を添えて、三杯目は出汁をかけて、最後も出汁をかけて食べました。
個室だったので静かに、ゆっくりとうなぎを堪能できました。
満足満足！
