元々カレーうどんって大好きな私。
この日、家族と栄に来た帰りに寄ってみました。
と言うか、行く予定では無かったのですが前を通ったら懐かしくなって行ったというのが本音。
初回は、なんと九年も前でした。
入り口横の小さな券売機でカレーうどんの券を買います。900円。席はL字型にカウンターになっています。昔は違ったような…
奥で、男性が麺を打っていて、もう一人無愛想と言うか寡黙な男性が接客兼調理。
食券を渡すと黙って作り、できたら黙って目の前に置くって感じ。
気にならないけどね。
今回は、カウンターからよく見えたので見ていると、洗わない片手鍋に一人一杯のカレー粉らしきものをディッシャーで掬い、寸胴鍋から出し汁らしき汁と合わせて火にかけます。
少し煮立ったらネギと油揚げ。湯掻いたうどんをまた、サッと湯通ししてからカレーをかけてお客の前に黙って出す。
熱々で、美味しいんだよね。肉は一欠片も入って無いけどね。
懐かしい9年も前の思い出が蘇り、胸熱で頂きました。
また、来ることができるかな？なんて考えました。
美味しいけど、コスパは今ひとつです。サービスもね。でも、美味しかったです。
