素敵な居酒屋さんです(^^)
伺ったのは
名古屋市中区大須3丁目にあります
「SUMIBIYAKI 白雲」さんです。
「矢場とん」さんの
裏手ぐらいにある居酒屋さんです♪
GWに久しぶりに大須に来ました(^^)
早い時間に飛び込みで入りましたが
カウンターに入れました♪
少し経つと常連さんで
あっという間に満席です！
★一番搾り 生中 620円
久しぶりにジョッキで
ビールを飲んだ気がします♪
付きだしはお豆腐♪
これがめちゃくちゃ美味しくてびっくり！
★春フキとタケノコの煮びたし 640円
年齢を重ねて
こういった料理が美味しく感じるように♪
フキとか小さい頃は
苦手だったのに不思議です(^^)
★揚げ出し豆腐 500円
豆腐が美味しかったので注文！

何本かいただくことにしました♪

めちゃくちゃ美味しいです(^^)

表目はしっかり火が通っていますが
中は半レアの絶妙の焼き加減♪
塩でいただいて正解(^^)

こちらはタレで
美味しくいただきました♪
普通の居酒屋さんと思っていましたが
料理がどれも想像以上に美味しくてびっくり！
特に串は本格的に炭火で
しっかり焼かれていて風味も
焼き加減もとてもよかったです♪
串1本の単価が高めに見えますが、
ポーションが他のお店の1.5倍ほど
立派なので満足度が高かったです(^^)
接客も感じがよく
とてもいい一軒目になりました♪
常連さんが足繫く通われるのも納得のお店です♪
こういったお店の常連さんって恰好いいなぁ(^^)
またゆっくり伺いたいな(^^)
