ほとんどカフェ感覚。
楽しみにしていた名古屋。
色々と美味しいものがあるはず。
八丁味噌は苦手な感じだけども食べていけば慣れるはず。
ここは普通の居酒屋ですが、名古屋飯が味わえるということで入店。
八丁味噌のおでんなどたくさんありました。
意外と美味しいですね。
土地柄なのでしょう。
○大根とこんにゃく
味が染みるまでが大変な食材なだけに、良いです。
○手羽先
食べ慣れるまでに味を工夫し続けて良い味にまとめ上げたのでしょう。
○つくね
これが一番の絶品。
ベーコンが甘い八兆味噌のアクセントになっていました。
また来たい。
