この日はヘルシーに豚しゃぶとお豆腐料理を堪能。極上のかつおぶしをふんだんに使います。お出汁だけじゃなくトッピングにも！！
店内はスタイリッシュな和モダンな空間な和食屋さんで全席完全個室になってるのでデートやお祝い、接待にもぴったり。

三河豚だけのしゃぶしゃぶもあったけど鴨との相盛りにしました。
豆乳と黄金だしが選べ黄金しゃぶに。目の前で鰹出汁をとってもらえる。すっごく良い香り。お肉を2～3度しゃぶしゃぶして頂いたら最高に美味しい。ポン酢や柚子胡椒で味変もできますが鰹出汁で頂くのが1番美味しかった。お肉も旨みたっぷり柔らかく美味しいお肉でした。
しゃぶしゃぶセットに付いてくる3種の豆腐料理がまた美味しい。生湯葉のお造りに麩柳商店の生麩田楽、自家製汲み上げ豆腐の3種！！特に汲み上げお豆腐がお気に入り。豆腐ってこんなに美味しかったって思うくらい濃厚でなめらかでした。

お料理も美味しいけどお店の雰囲気もすごくいい。個室でゆっくりとお食事できるし店員さんもすごく親切で良かった。大事な日にも安心で間違いないお店だと思いました。また行きたい！
