お通しで出てくるお豆腐はもうとろける感じ。滑らかで甘くて最高。
お鍋は豆乳なべと黄金だしの二種。
黄金は出汁の中に鰹ぶしを目の前でこれでもかってほど入れてくれてその場で鰹節持って帰るスタイル。
こんなにたっぷり入ってるんだ！と感動。お鍋に乗せる鰹節もてんこ盛りでくださる。色々なものに鰹節乗せて美味しかったー。
お肉も甘味があって厚みもいい塩梅。
だしと上手く絡み合うしそれでいて薄すぎず良き良き。
二人で300gにしました。私は100で十分満腹になったので良かった。お野菜も少ないと書いてありましたが確かにもう少しあっても良いもののお肉300だったから多めだったのか一段に野菜が敷き詰めてありました。

栄駅すぐで良いです。
ただ個室ということでしたが四人テーブルと四人テーブルの間が暖簾で区切られているだけなので声がよく聞こえて、かえって個室じゃないお店より周りがジーンとしてる分よく聞こえてしまい話しにくかったです。
