コブクロや青菜炒めがあります。
青菜炒めが人気メニューだそうで、お酒によく合う味です。
コブクロは茹でたホルモンをピリ辛に味付けた一品で、
いろんな台湾料理屋でみかける一皿です。
味仙のコブクロはかなり辛さ方向に向かっている味なのですが、
こちらのコブクロは辛さ以外のおいしさもあって、味に広がりがある印象でした。
こういうコブクロもわるくないです。
