豊橋視察5件目は
名古屋に帰ってきて、
いざ錦へ‥
食べログのレビュアーさんが
締めの台湾ラーメンが美味しいと言っていたので
いいタイミングだったので行ってきました。
場所は錦のど真ん中の雑居ビルの1階にあります。
どうやら2階もお店らしく。
結構広いと思います。
店内は、マンボウがあけたせいか
沢山のお客様で賑わってました❗️
今回の目当ては、
締めの台湾ラーメン。
その前に小腹が空いたので、
チャーハン、天津飯、唐揚げなど‥
ガッツリ食べ過ぎですが
そして、お目当ての台湾ラーメン。
辛さがマイルドですが、
辛さの奥の深い味が美味しかったです。
個人的には、唐辛子が
あまり得意ではないので、
このくらいがちょうど良く胃にも
優しいので美味しかったです。
また、フラッと立ちよりたいと思います。
