感想
この日は、友人達と少し早めの忘年会を開きました。
師走だと忙しくなりますし、忘年会シーズンだと予約が取れない。
しかも、参加メンバー全員のスケジュールも合わせ難くなります。
ならばこの時期が妥当という話になり、開催した次第です。
友人に幹事を任せたので当日は現地に行くだけなので楽です。
という事で、今回はラーメン店ではなく居酒屋のレポート。
ラーメン店で宴会なんて狭くて出来ませんからね（笑）
集合したのは金曜日ですが、花の金曜日だけあり店舗内は大混雑。
はなきんデータランドで１位にランクインしただけはありますね（笑）
ただ、予約が取ってあったのでスムーズに着席して宴会スタート！
料理はコースなので順番にいただきましたが写真は失念しました。
色々食べて盛り上がっている最中でしたが、私はまだお腹に余裕アリ（笑）
こっそりメニューを見ると、この店の名物と謳われた牛テールラーメンを発見！
ラヲタだったらラーメンがあれば注文しなければならないでしょう！
てな訳で、コース料理とは別に単品でをオーダーしました。
それではいただきます。
スープは、唐辛子が大量に入っているので当然辛味が強いです。
焼肉店などでよく見るタイプの牛テールラーメンとは異なる印象。
大抵は焼肉店の場合、塩気が強く動物の臭みや油っぽさがあります。
しかし、コチラは名物だけあってコク深くベトつく感じも無いです。
麺は、袋ラーメンの乾麺に近い麺と言えば伝わるかと思います。
韓国料理店などでは、鍋の〆にこういう麺を入れますよね。
まさにそういったフンニャリした乾麺ですが、だがそれがいい。
仮に麺が違えば印象が変わるかも知れませんが、コレならではの良さがある。
好きか嫌いかで言ったら、結構好きなヤツです。
具材は、ニラをこれでもかと言わんばかりに沢山入れてあります。
ニラが入っていると、何処か台湾ラーメンを連想させますよね。
牛テールは煮込んであるので、残った細切れが散らばる様に入っています。
細かくても味は美味しくて、小さいながらも主張がありました。
私も居酒屋を利用する機会が若い頃に比べて減りました。
でも、たまにはこうやって集まるのもイイものですね。
そのうちまた居酒屋ラーメンもリサーチしてみます。
