BLANC PAIN SAKAEさんは久屋大通にある、クロワッサンが有名なお店です。
「日本で一番おいしいと絶賛されたムッシュの特製クロワッサン」と看板に書かれています。
店内に入るとパンのいい香り、棚には美味しそうなパンが並んでいます。
一番人気のミニクロワッサン２個（180円）とじゃがバターフランス（280円）を購入。
クロワッサンの角がピンと跳ね上がって、そこがカリッとしていていいね。
サクサク食感、バターの香りで口福。
バターフランスは、北海道産のジャガイモを有塩バターで味付け、マヨネーズが隠し味。
フランスパンとの相性も良くて美味しかったです。
