本格的な韓国料理が食べたいと、以前からせっつかれていたので、、、
以前から気になっていたハングルタイガーさんへ。
場所は栄駅の1番出口？だったかな？
から出て1本目の信号を曲がってすぐという立地。
小雨が降っていたので非常にありがたいものです。
ビルの2階にあり、重厚感のある入り口。
色味が落ち着いた、おしゃれな店内。
2名でしたが、掘りごたつの個室に案内してもらいました。
おそらく4名ほどで使う個室だと思うので、広々とゆったり過ごせました！
料理は、看板で見て気になったナムルバーから
10種類以上あり、もやしのナムルとか定番系が主だと思っていたけど、バリエーションが豊富！
壁には薬膳系の瓶がずらりと、その下に著名人のサインもずらりと。雰囲気があります。
どれも美味しかったのですが、ゴーヤのナムルはみずみずしく、程よい苦味が非常に美味しかった！
キムチの盛り合わせは、辛さもしっかりあるが、とにかくうまい！王道の白菜キムチはずっとつまんでいたい！
すぐ食べきってしまったので追加で。
サムゲタンは、濃厚なとりの旨味が溶け込んだスープが絶品！
これ、絶対食べて欲しいやつです！
深みのある味わいがやみつきです。
塩胡椒も配膳してもらえますが、是非そのままの味を楽しんでみてください。ほろほろにぼどける鶏肉も美味しい！
サムギョプサルは、焼いて登場。
カリカリに焼いてあり、香ばしさと豚の甘みがいいアクセントに。辛いのが好きな人は薬味の青唐辛子を入れるといいかも。
ただ、私にとっては辛すぎるので厳しいからさに。。。笑
ボリュームも2人でちょうどいい感じでした。
チーズタッカルビはインパクト抜群！
想像以上に大きな専用鍋で。まわりにチーズが2種類たっぷり。
甘辛な味付けの鶏肉や野菜、トッポッキはそれだけでも美味しい！チーズをたっぷりつけるとなお美味しい！
後半、そこの方でカリカリになったチーズが食感のアクセントになる食べ方を発見！笑
シメの冷麺もスープがフルーティでさらっといけます。
最後に脂をクリアにしてくれる感じが有難い。
結構お腹いっぱいで食べきれるか心配でしたが、杞憂でした笑
一から十まで大満足でした。
