桜通よりさらに3本北、大津通りから西に2本入った外堀通り寄りに店は所在する。立地的には、目立たない場所であるが、お客さんの入りは上々です。
席は、テラス席と店内席があります。
テイクアウトも人気ですね。

■感想
お皿の上に迫力満点のハンバーガー、ピクルス、ポテトがきます。卓上には、ハンバーガーを包む紙と、お手拭き、ケチャップ、マスタードあります。
バンズは、オリジナルで内側を焼いて、内側はふわっとして、外側は特に甘味がある。かなり美味しい。
具材は、パティ、バンズ、トマト、レタス、とろーりチーズ、玉ねぎなど
パティは、ビーフ100%で飛騨牛が入っていて、旨みの塊！
野菜も、実にフレッシュでシャキシャキしていて、さっぱりしています。
バンズを焼いて、具材を並べて、最後に蓋してましたので、チーズがとけて、食欲そそります。
ベーコンは、縁側がカリッとして、内は柔らかめ！

薄い木目調とアイボリーの基調で明るい店内。厨房も大きめで、調理している姿見れます。
■利用時の状況
11時45分くらいで、店内席は、50%くらいの12時過ぎには、店内席が満室でテラス席になりました。
人数数えましたら、20人になってました。

次回は、期間限定ブナヘレバーガーとうパインをサクッと揚げたフライドパインが入っているハンバーガーを食べたいです。かなり美味しいみたいです。
