【名古屋・女子大】元祖あんかけスパゲッティ店です(*^▽^*)
名古屋の栄、女子大にある、元祖あんかけスパゲッティ、そ〜れさんです(^o^)
東急ホテルの真裏にあるので、非常にわかりやすいです(#^.^#)
ランチで行くと、お値打ちなのが、「そ〜れ1.5倍」800円です(*^^*)玉子とウインナーがちょっとだけのった、あんかけスパゲッティ満喫のメニューです。お腹いっぱいになりたいときに、凄くありがたい一品ですよ(*ﾉｪﾉ)ｷｬｰ
元祖の店だけあって、いつ行っても混んでいて、入店まで少し待ちますが、回転が早いので問題ないですよ。名古屋のあんかけスパゲッティ食べ歩きツアーなんてのも粋ですね。
近くの東新町・新栄エリアは、あんかけスパゲッティのお店がたくさんあります。
そ〜れさんお他に、ユウゼン、サヴァラン、あと個人的に好きなレッチェなど名店揃いです(*^▽^*)

【名古屋・女子大】「そ～れ」と「ヨコイ」
名古屋には、あんかけスパゲティ発祥の店「そ～れ」と、元祖あんかけスパゲティ「ヨコイ」があります。両方とも、創立者は同じで、現在の経営者は全く異なる訳です(*^^*)
先日ランチでそ～れに行き、今日はヨコイに行ったので、その比較ですね～。
それぞれ1.5倍を注文です。
「そ～れ1.5倍」はランチで750円、それ以外は850円ですよ。ボリュームは、そ～れが多いですね٩(๑´3｀๑)۶
麺の太さは同じですが、麺に対するソースは、そ～れの方が少ない感じ。麺の揚げ具合は同じくらいかなあ。
ソースがマイルドなのは、そ～れですね。
そんな感じですかねえ～(^o^)
といっても、どっちも美味しかったです。

【名古屋・女子大】あんかけスパ発祥の店
あんかけスパゲティは、横井博さんにより発明され、
1961年、あんかけスパゲッティの開発に成功した横井さんは、満を持して独立。親類との共同出資で名古屋市東区に「そーれ」を開業しました。その後1963年には、横井さんご自身の店「スパゲッティハウスヨコイ」を、カウンターのみ8席で開業することになりました。
だから、そーれはあんかけスパ発祥の店、ヨコイは元祖あんかけスパを名乗っているんですね(*´ω`*)
今日、注文したのは、ピカタ弁当（950円）です。昔は毎週通って、ピカタ弁当を大盛りで食べてました。
大盛は、スパゲティが別皿で出てきますよ。
ピカタの下のご飯にはタレがかかり、美味しくいただけます。久しぶりで美味しかったです(^o^)

17時からしか食べられないのが、石焼きあんかけスパゲッティです(*^▽^*)
今日注文したのは、石焼きチーズオムレツ(1200円)です(*^^*)食べてる間、ずっとグツグツいってます(・∀・)取り皿に取っていただくのですが、それでも熱い٩(๑´3｀๑)۶
麺が柔らかくなるような気がしましたが、石焼きで焦げ目がつき美味いです(#^.^#)
オムレツていうか卵焼きとチーズもタップリ、スパゲッティもボリューム満点です。頼む価値ありだと思います。
