少し路線がボケてきていませんかぁ？
【2011年12月再訪】
ディナーコース（5500円）を頂きました・・・・。
うーん・・・・、なんだか中途半端で期待外れかも知れません・・・・。
高価格設定で名古屋のお客さんになかなか受け入れられず、廉価な設定も入れてきているみたいですが、なんだかこのお店に期待するのと、ズレてきている感じがします。このままでは向かいのジュエル・ロブション同様に名古屋撤退ということになりかねません。おとなりのアロマフレスカは大繁盛なので、なにかが違うのだと思います。
でも、金曜日の夜なのに、予約しないで入れるので、☆1個オマケです。爆
【以前の投稿】
松坂屋のレストランフロアでの一番人気はアロマフレスカですが、かなり前の予約でなければ食べれないお店では、百貨店のレストランの意味がありません。もう５回ぐらい『満席』の札でシャットアウトされています。
その点、この孝明さんのお店は、アロマフレスカほどの人気度でない点が良い・・・・笑
でも、料理の味が劣るというのではなく、ＣＰの問題だけだと思います。やや高めだけど、予約が取りやすい、並ばずに食べれるということです。
玉葱ＮＧの私にとって、本来であれば和食は玉葱は滅多に使わないのだけれども、創作和食のこのお店では、けっこう玉葱を使うところが困りものです。夜は玉葱ＮＧを伝えれば、なんとかしてくれるものの、ランチではわざわざ玉葱抜きにはしてもらい難いところがあって、選択できるメニューが少なくなってしまうことがあります。
今日も・・・・・３０００円のランチはＮＧで、１８００円の蕎麦と天丼というありきたりのものしか選べませんでした・・・・
しかも、やや量的にも不満が残り、地下でたこ焼きを買う羽目になりました。（笑）

最近は名駅エリアが非常に混み合うので、栄エリアに出没してます。
とはいえ
#ゴールデンウィーク ということで、栄エリアもランチタイムはどこも混み合ってますね。
そんな時のランチは、松坂屋本館の10階は比較的すいている。
要するに、コスパ的にややお得感が薄いということです。写真の筍尽し御膳は料理自体のクオリティもお店の接客も問題ないけれど、3850円はちょっとお高いかなぁと思う訳です。
まあ、おひとり様で他にちょい足しのお買い物をして駐車場サービス券1時間分を貰うなら、許容範囲かなと思うレベルです。
おひとり様で無くて、これが2人だと7700円、4人なら15400円となると、うーん！となる。
皆さんよくご存知なので、スッと入れたということですね。
