運が良かったのかな？
当日予約でお邪魔してきました。
外観はいかにも老舗。
後々お聞きしたら昭和6年創業みたいです。
一見さんは入りづらい門構えです笑
恐る恐る、こわばんわー。
女将さん？仲居さん？お二人がお出迎え。
2Fの個室のお座敷に案内されました。
道中の廊下に黒電話が置いてあったり、トイレのスリッパが藁の草履だったり、お部屋も風情があって期待値がグングン上がります笑
注文は
鳥味噌鍋なべ 6500円コース
まずはビンビールと突き出し。
鳥の口で準備していたらまさかのタコ？笑
続いて
霜降り鳥肉登場。
胸肉の湯引きですが、上品な味で美味しいー。
さすが名古屋コーチン。
そして、メインの鳥鍋登場です。
年季の入ったお鍋に女将さんが具材を入れていってくれます。
スープを一口。
うん。うまい。八丁味噌が甘くて香ばしいー。抜群。
レバー、ハツ、胸肉、もも肉。
こやつらが主役です。
主役の鳥たちはもちろんイメージ通り美味しいですよね笑
しかーし、脇役だと思っていた長ネギ。
このおネギさんをクタクタになるまで煮込んで食べたら…
ごめん。あんたが主役でしたー。これまた抜群。
そして〆はきしめんです。
甘辛く香ばしいスープに絡んだイケメン…
いやいや、きしめん笑 うまいっ！
これで終わりと思いきやー、
卵とじご飯があると勧められー、
そりゃ食うでしょ笑
はい。イメージ通りのお味で最後まで満足♡
しかーし、まだまだサプライズがあったぜぇ！
3人でビンビール2本、焼酎水割り1.2杯づつ。
