知人の紹介でやって来たお店です。
座敷の部屋に真っ赤な木の丸テーブル。
時代の風格を感じる雰囲気あります。
コースのお料理をいただきましたが、
なんといってもメインのお鍋が絶品でした。
名古屋コーチンの八丁味噌鍋。
鶏油が溶けたスープに大量の八丁味噌の鍋は
見た目の色濃さとは異なる上品な甘みがして、
具材の味がしっかりと味わえる。
女将さんが作ってくれたので、先ずは
大ぶりのネギを絶妙のタイミングでいただき。
これがいきなり美味しすぎる。
外側のシャキシャキ感と中の甘み。
八丁味噌スープとの相性も最高。
もちろん名古屋コーチンも素晴らしい。
上品な味のスープなので、
噛み締めるほど出てくる旨味が引き立つ。
鮮度の良い鳥レバーもサッと火を通して食べるから
中はトロトロ。これまた美味しい。
〆はきしめんを楽しんでからの雑炊。
お鍋で仕上げる半熟玉子がのっかります。
この雑炊で、改めて最後にこの八丁味噌スープが
どれほど美味しいかを再確認出来ます。
もう最高です。大満足でした。
