お正月開け早々、栄3丁目にある「昇家 正々堂」さん。以前、近くで働いていた時にランチで伺ったことがあり、今回で2回目。いつも流行っている人気のお店です。
この日は土曜日のお昼、オーダーストップ近くにすべり込みました。少し暗めの雰囲気ある店内です。個室もあります。1人なのでカウンターに案内されました。数種類あるランチの中から選んだのは、土日祝限定メニューというこちら。
▪️和牛赤身炙りレア重（¥2,068）
提供されると「おおっ、美味しそう！」とテンション上がります。早速頂きますと、半身を炙ったほぼ生のお肉が適度に歯応えがありgood！その後、卵黄を崩してお肉に絡めて頂くと、更に濃厚です。
ライスの量は私には丁度良かったですが、大盛りも無料ですよ。大根サラダやキムチも美味しくてご飯が進みます。他のランチメニューも魅力的でしたので、また伺いたいと思います！ご馳走さまでした。
