After taking paid leave and completing my business at Sakae, I had a late lunch at Seiseido.・Wagyu beef short ribs 1,900 yen ・Draft beer 748 yen Drinking outside during the day on weekdays feels like a forbidden experience lol I wonder if this will become normal after I retire, it seems like it would be fun! The glass is well chilled while it is being served, which gives a good impression. The meat of the upper ribs is tender. I took a bite and thought it was delicious. The meat has marbling, so it's tender, but I was impressed by the fact that it didn't really taste like fat. If you pick up the meat with chopsticks, it will be soft. I wonder if the softness depends on how it's baked. The sauce is also good, not too thick. The rice is lightly cooked like unagiju. The turnip and cucumber pickles also had a nice salty taste.
