と聞かれてハイとしか言えません
いい意味でそういうお店なんですね
外装と落ち着いた看板の小さい感じ
フラッとは入りにくいですが
予約しているので
いざいざと中へ
小料理中心のザ・居酒屋という佇まいの雰囲気
着席します。
ドリンク注文後、
直ちにお通しが運ばれますが
７品もあり
一品一品丁寧な仕事なおかげで
あとの注文が増えてしまいました
壁に書かれたメニューは
和食から中華に洋食と
幅広くありますが
洋食で仕上げられているものが
素晴らしい
料理の注文は紙に書いて渡す方式ですが
大きめの文字で書いてとのこと
厨房では大きな文字の方が
遠くからでも見やすいですからね
おでんから煮物に揚げ物、炒め物と
幅広く頼みましたが
全てがホントに素晴らしい仕上がり
特にメンチカツは驚きのレベルでした
色々とありますが
良いお店なので
再訪確定です
