本日は、大須にある居酒屋大江戸さんにお邪魔しました。前から行きたくて、ようやく訪問が実現しました。
料理が美味しいことは前々から色々な投稿を見て知っていましたが、正直予想を遥かに上回るとんでもない美味さでした。
大将が作る料理は、どれも本格的という言葉では収め切ることのできない、凄く美味しい料理です。例えば、ミンチカツは肉の旨味が最高なのはもちろんですが、デミソースの美味さが半端ないです。その味の中には深く複雑な味が入り乱れ、どうやってこの味を出すんだろうと考えてしまいました。
これが元になるタンシチューは言うまでもありません。タンシチューは大好きなので色々なところでいただきました。ここのタンシチューは、今まで食べたどのタンシチューよりも味わい深く、食べるたびに減ることが悲しくなってしまう、そんなタンシチューでした。
食べたいものが多すぎて、腹をめちゃくちゃすかして行ったにも関わらず、全然足りません。どれもこれも美味しくて、全く食べきれませんでした。
