だいぶ忙しくて、まったく投稿できなかったが
愛知県に転勤してから初の投稿はこのお店。
自分のプロフィールにも書いておりますが
「値段が高くて美味しいのは当たり前」という考えを持っている自分ですが
このお店は「初体験」をさせてくれたので料理5ツ星です。
場所は栄のはずれになるのでしょうか？（まだ詳しくないので間違ってたらゴメンナサイ）
まわりに飲食店がごちゃごちゃあるような場所ではなく
どちらかというと「ひっそり」って感じです。
入店して案内していただいた席はお座敷の個室。
入口右手にはテーブル席もありましたが
ほとんどがお座敷タイプの個室が多いのではないでしょうか？
メニューを見て少々「高い」って感覚はあったものの
鍋を人数分頼まないのは邪道、ってことで塩味のもつ鍋を３人前注文。
ほかにも唐揚げやサラダなどを注文しました。
それぞれの料理はもちろん美味いのだが
でもお値段も張るからねぇ…と感動は少なかったのですが
もつ鍋を食してから考えは一変！
今まで食べてきたもつ鍋とは全然違いました。
まずトロトロ。
そしてジューシー。
いやー美味い。マジで美味い。
それを表現できない自分がもどかしいくらいです。
この店のおかげで自分の食経験の浅さを再認識。
もう少し経験積まなくちゃ。。。
