ナディアパークの北側の通りを少し西へ行った場所にあるもつ鍋屋さんです。外観はとてももつ鍋屋とは思えないような雰囲気で、店内もスタイリッシュな感じ、ワイワイと宴会するよりは静かにゆったりとした時間を楽しむのに向いているようなお店です。
もつ鍋の味は味噌、しょうゆ、塩の３種類、どれにしようか迷いましたが、大人の味という塩にしてみました。店員のおねーさんが丁寧に作り方を解説してくれたりと接客の感じはなかなかよいです。出てきた鍋はぱっと見、量が少ないように感じましたが、食べてみると結構もつのも多く入っていて普通の量です。あっさりした塩味のスープにもつと野菜の旨みがとけあい、もつも大きくてプリプリ、なかなかおいしいかったです。〆はちゃんぽん麺、メニューにはチーズリゾットなんてのがあったのでホントはそれにしたかったのですが、みそ味のみみたいです。みそにしとけばよかったかな。でもちゃんぽんも普通においしかったです。
一品料理の中ではニラの玉子とじがお気に入り。玉子はトロトロの半熟状態で、だしのきいた味でおいしい。お好みで特製の酢だれをかけてもいいみたいですが、そのままでも十分おいしかったです。
残念なのは料理の種類が少なかったこと、もう少し種類が欲しいところですね。
