名古屋丸の内ランチシリーズ NO.45
お昼に、無性に焼きそばが食べたくなり、近所で食べられるお店を探したところ、こちらを発見。
お店は、古めのビルの2階にあります。
夜は居酒屋なんですね。
・焼きそば定食 目玉焼き付 850円
・麺大盛り 120円
麺は細目で、柔らかい麺です。
もしかして蒸してるのかな、少し麺の水分が多めです。
麺の味付けは、ストレートな濃い目のソース味です。
隠し味などは感じません。
焼きそばに乗っけられた半熟の目玉焼きが、とても良い仕事をします。
卵を潰すと中から黄身がトロリと出てきて、ストレートなソース味の焼きそばを円やかに味変させます。
あー美味しい！
単調なソース味ですが卵のおかげで、料理のランクが上がった様に感じます。
誰もが好きな半熟卵をこの様に使うのは、ちょっと反則な様にも思いますが、美味しいのでOKですねww
