名古屋めしが中心の居酒屋です
栄にある名古屋にいくつかお店を展開しているかぶらやグループの居酒屋です、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内は１階がカウンターとテーブル席、２階、３階が宴会用のお座敷などとなっていて使い勝手はよさそうですね。１９時少し前の訪問で１階は５割程度の客入りでした。
名古屋大酒場ということでメニューは名古屋めしが中心、手羽先、味噌串カツ、味噌おでんはもちろん、ひつまぶしに天むす、鉄板ナポリタン、きしめん、台湾ラーメンに小倉トーストまで名古屋メシならなんでも揃っているって印象ですね。名古屋メシ以外にも焼鳥やお刺身など普通のおつまみももちろんあります。
いただいたのは名古屋どて串に鶏ちゃん焼き、それに名物というづけ串の３品、名古屋どて串はいわゆる味噌おでんの事、大鍋でじっくり煮込んだおでんはしっかりと味噌が染みていて美味しいですね、これぞ名古屋の味噌おでんって感じです。
鶏ちゃん焼きは鶏肉とたくさんの野菜を鉄板で焼き上げた料理、味は味噌、塩、タレから選べましたがココでも味噌をチョイス、お肉だけでなくレバーも入っているみたいですね。味噌が好きな味なのでコレも美味しい、〆は焼きめしや焼きうどんにもできますが、この日は次の予定があったので自粛です。
最後にづけ串、コレは特製のタレにつけながら焼き上げるコチラのお店の名物料理、ホルモンをいただきましたが素材はそれなりですがタレの味が良いですね、悪くなかったです。
お店は少し清潔感に欠けるような雰囲気を感じる部分はありますが、味噌やタレの味は好きですね、名古屋メシを楽しむという事ならば悪くないお店だとは思います、ごちそうさまでした。

大人数での宴会の後の２次会として再訪です。想定していたよりも大人数が参加することとなったためかなり窮屈になっちゃいました(^^;)
この日はよそから来たお客さんを迎えたのでおつまみは味噌カツに味噌おでん、それに鉄板ナポリタンなど名古屋メシを中心のオーダー、だいたいの名古屋メシならココにあるのでこういう時には便利ですね。味の方も悪くないんですよね、ごちそうさまでした。
