リーマン、ビール
名古屋の繁華街、栄にある居酒屋。
名古屋名物の手羽先、味噌煮込み、土手煮、ひつまぶし、きしめんなど、幅広く地元フードを扱い、席数も豊富な人気居酒屋。
週末に利用しましたが待ち客が数組。
事前予約していたので、2階の個室に案内いただきました。
食べ終わる頃までずっと待ち客がいるくらいの
人気店のようです。
あまのじゃく発動。
旅行者のくせに名古屋名物をスルー。
岐阜県名物でお店のメニューのど真ん中に位置していた鶏ちゃん焼きをメインに、から揚げ、玉子焼きなどを注文。
から揚げはわらじタイプの一枚肉をその場で切り分けてくれる豪快な一品。
味噌仕立ての鶏ちゃん焼きは、少しアマ辛いタレに
鶏モツ、キャベツがたっぷり入った酒がすすむ一品。
チーズとご飯の〆を注文しておじやにして完食。
値段は、少し割高プライスですが、鶏ちゃん焼きが
しっかりとした量だったので、気になる他のメニューを追加できずに終了。
お酒も2杯のみで終了したためリーズナブルな価格でした。
ただ、スタッフの方が客席で鶏ちゃん焼きの調理の際に、生煮えの鶏を食べさせそうになったり、ガスを付けたまましばらく放置され、お焦げ多めの鍋になったりと、？？？を連発されました。
多分お店の質ではなく、スタッフの方の問題だったと思いますが少し残念。
そうは言っても観光客のくせに名古屋名物を完全スルーする謎の注文をしましたが、どれも美味しい料理でした。
