何も分からずに豚バラに変更可能と言う札があったので、何も分からずに変更。
中盛思ってたより少ない印象で
とはいえ食べ応えはある。
豚バラは濃いめの味付けなので
野菜と一緒に食べるのがちょうど良い。
豚バラ1枚ってのは少し寂しいかな。
たれも濃いめの味付けでニンニクのパンチが凄い。
太縮れ麺がワシワシイけてつるんと
もちっとしており、油で乳化して美味しい。
一味が風味良かった。
メンマは下味が付いておりごま風味で美味しい。
マイナスな印象は
あからさまな欠けてる鉢での提供は頂けない。
美味しかったが食後の喉の乾き方は異常…
つけ麺の方が好みかな。
