名古屋時代に良く食べた二郎インスパイア系のラーメンを飲み会後にピットイン。麺は少なめの200gでオーダー。昔は気難しい店主だったが、今は働き手不足か中国の方が店主をしていた。
その名の通り、スープは特濃で麺は少なめでも山盛りの野菜と太麺との相性もバッチリでした。おしむらくは昔は太肉のチャーシューでもっと味わいがありましたが、やはり中毒性のあるラーメンです。〆ラーとしては背徳感満載です・・
