名古屋に来て相方が手羽先を中心にとり料理が食べたいというので食べログで検索→お店と料理の写真からこの店を選択しました。
お店は栄にあり建物の２階ですが看板を見ていれば『酔人』と目立つ看板をすぐに発見できました。
店内は落ち着いた感じのお店でしす
注文はサラダ→串物→手羽先→水炊きとすすめました
最初のサラダ→○
ネギマ→お肉に臭みなしでジューシーで◎
つくね→素材を生かした練り合わせで旨み大→◎
手羽先→名古屋コーチンらしい旨みジューシーさが活かされていて→◎
水炊き→スープが◎お肉が◎で◎◎
スープがもったいなかったので満腹にムチ打って雑炊で締めました
