名古屋城内にあるこちら。
幼稚園から小学2年まで名古屋城の名城公園の向かいの団地に住んでいて名古屋の記憶はうっすら断片的にあるぐらい。
名古屋城も庭のように行き、お城できしめんをよく食べたのを覚えていたので記憶を辿り探したら、こちらを発見。ここだ間違いないとピンときた。
お城のきしめんを40年以上ぶりに。小さい頃の記憶が走馬灯の様に蘇え、、らなかったが美味かった。
名古屋の食の記憶は名古屋城のきしめんとスガキヤのラーメンとばあちゃんの赤だしの濃い味噌汁しかなくて今では名物のひつまぶしとか味噌カツなんか全く知らなかったな。
住んでた団地も跡形もなく、色々な記憶は薄れているが名古屋城とこちらのきしめんは永遠に続いてほしいだがや。
