[7 minutes walk from Sakae Station♪] 2nd floor of a building on Sumiyoshi-dori (right next to Tokyu Inn (^^)/)
How about some Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) on your way home from work? From yakitori carefully grilled one by one over binchotan charcoal to delicious local chicken dishes, this is a restaurant |
I was finally able to visit this restaurant that I had been thinking about visiting because so many of my followers had been there (o^^o) This restaurant is in a building that is a hotbed of skewer competition, with Kuchihachicho, Kushikatsu Arata, and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Izakaya Shinchan inside. It's amazing that the restaurant was full even in such a competitive environment! (・∀・) It makes you want to support an independent restaurant that can compete with the huge capital chains ♪ Chicken skin is 80 yen, and other skewers are under 150 yen, so it's a great deal! It was a little late, so unfortunately some of the food was sold out... (^^;) ●Appetizer (edamame, grated small sardines, salad) ●Octopus chunks ●Omelette ●Gizzard ●Chicken gizzard ●Negima ●Bonjiri ●Chicken skewer cutlet ● chicken dish ●Shiso rolls ●Hiyayakko ●Chicken Onigiri ball with chazuke ○Large mug of Asahi Super Dry draft ○Freshly squeezed lemon ○Tokyo Highball It seems that the chef is the only one doing the grilling, but it's impressive that he can handle this many people without it feeling like it's slow. On the contrary, the drinks may have been a little late (;´∀`) The skewers, grilled at the perfect time, were delicious! The gizzards were crunchy, and the Seseri and Bonjiri were chewy and flavorful. For me, chicken dish were outstanding♪ The tamagoyaki egg was also cooked fluffy and was the best~ (*´∀`*) The freshly squeezed lemon was made a little sour as requested by my friend, and the Tokyo Highball was refreshing with a shiso flavor♪ The chicken fillet tataki was presented in a cool way, cooling down the mouth. The somen noodles at the end went down smoothly and satisfied both my stomach and my heart♪ It was a comfortable time amidst the hustle and bustle. Thank you for the meal.
