ラーメン3軒ハシゴの後、もう1軒のつもりがちょっと移動時間を見誤って14時オーバー。
こんな時にありがたい、きしめん界の巨匠がラストオーダー14時半。
とろけるほど儚い口当たりなのに、ちゃんとアシもある極上の仕上がりで供される麺！
温かくてもキレがあり、かつムロアジらしい味の太さもある、ゴクゴク飲みたくなるつゆ！
ここに身欠きニシンの甘美な味わいが加わり、三つ葉も香りで華やぎを添える、何とも艶っぽい一杯！
本来は酒のアテとしてラインナップされているコロッケを、キッチリおかずとして使い白飯を頬張るのもまた楽しい。
