53年の歴史を閉じようとしている中日ビル近くスタービール2階にある割烹。40年の歴史があり、前から気になっていたが行けてなかった割烹。去年の12月から板さんが新しくなったとのこと。
17時30分～18時30までの「早割」があり、惣菜食べ放題と刺盛りのセット（2000円）。お酒は、１合750円～で、神亀（埼玉県）や小左衛門（岐阜県）等オーソドックスな酒。今後、お酒の銘柄の変化を検討中。
初回に「早割」で訪問して気に入りコースで改めての訪問することに・・・
3800円のコース、先付け（フキ・あん肝・きゃらぶき）、刺盛り（めじマグロ・ ヒラメ・縁側と花わさび和え・ノレソレ ・鯛等）、太刀魚煮付け、京揚げと山芋短冊、バイ貝煮付けと天然鯛の塩焼き、辛味大根と蕎麦。
太刀魚の煮付けとあん肝の柔らかさが印象的。魚はある一定の大きさを越えると味が化ける（美味しくなる）が、まさにそんな感じの太刀魚。刺身も天然にこだわっていていい感じ。
新大将の心配りと感じの良いスタッフのもてなしでホスピタリティーが抜群。3800円のコースは一人からでも対応してくれる。事前に予約がベスト。オススメの割烹。
