土曜21時くらい。
ちゃんぽんをオーダーして5分くらいで着丼。
入店前の客と同時提供はどうなのかと不思議。
なぜならちゃんぽん麺は、茹で置きっぽいです。
スープは出汁とカエシも淡く、胡椒の辛さが目立ちます。
麺は王道のちゃんぽん麺です。
具はもやし、キャベツ、ニラ、にんじん、玉ねぎ、蒲鉾、豚こま、イカ、たぶん他にも海鮮入ってたような。。
