今年の異業種仲間の忘年会会場は恒例の酔太郎さんへ居酒屋メニューと特別に仕込んで頂いたテールスープを食べに伺いました(#^.^#)
酔太郎さんに来るのは3回目、一見さんお
断りのとても変わった居酒屋さん…
皆が集うのも味良く、ネタや素材、味付け
が並みの居酒屋と違い美味しいから～♪
なかでもせせり、ぼんじり、はつ、手羽先
など焼鳥や鴨、牡蠣、ハラミ他、火の入れ
方は絶妙、、
肉の中に旨味成分いっぱいの肉汁が閉じ込
められていますねぇ♪
そして特別オーダーのテールスープは主人
が二日掛けて仕込む逸品、、
牛テールがとろとろになるまで煮込まれた
スープは記憶に残る出来の良さ、、一味を
たっぷり掛けると更に美味しさアップ～♪
火の入れ方や燻した炭焼き別格に美味しい酔太郎さん…自信を持ってお勧めいたします(#^.^#)
