先輩のお誕生日会に呼んで頂きましたので行ってきました。
コースでしたので、順番に書いていこうと思います。
まずは
☆季節の前菜7種盛り合わせ
→見た目も可愛くて、お皿も良い。旬の食材を使った7種盛りは美味しかったです。
☆フカヒレの上海風姿煮込み
→どでかい大きさのフカヒレがふんだんに使用されていて、インパクト良し、味良しで言う事なし。
☆渥美サーモンのパン粉揚げ
→衣はサクサク、中からはジューシーなサーモンが。
☆伝統の味、フワッとした焼売
→本当にフワッとしている焼売でした。
☆山陰産紅ズワイガニと干貝柱のフーヨーハイ
→もうこんなの美味しくない訳が無い。
☆黒酢の酢豚
→初めて見る盛り付け方で、目と舌で楽しめるように工夫されています。
飾りもハートになっているところが、細部にまでこだわっていらっしゃるところを感じます。
☆締めは中華そばにココナッツプリンを頂きました。
トータルバランスで言うと、これだけ本格的な中華料理を堪能してこの価格は安いと思います。
コスパが良いです。
また絶対行かせて頂きます。
