昼ちょっと前に入店。
結構お客さんが入っていました。
ご夫婦が多い印象ですが、お一人様でゆっくりもありです。
お酒が運ばれる姿もよくみたので、飲みながら天ぷらを食べる方も多いみたいです。
天一ランチと家族はえび天丼。
どちらのえびも無駄にデカ過ぎず、他の天ぷらを邪魔しない感じの存在感。
臭みもなく、揚げてある？っていうくらいあっさり。
えび天丼のほうは、えびの他に茄子とえびのかき揚げ、椎茸のえび肉詰めとぎっしり。どちらのセットも、中身は違いましたがサラダの小鉢と漬け物、ご飯としじみ汁つき。
私のサラダは新玉ねぎの梅ごまがけ。
なかなかない味付け。
大根おろしも冷凍なんかじゃなくて「おろしました」って感じ。
シンプルだけど満足できたランチでした。まさに量より質。
