I've been here several times during lunch time, but it was sometimes closed, so this was the first time I was able to enter. I often eat lunch at Sakae and it was rated good by MyRebi, so I decided to use it as a reference. It's located in the basement of a multi-tenant building, but there's a sign on the first floor with the lunch menu for that day, so use that as a guide when entering. There was salt-grilled salmon on the menu, but unfortunately it was sold out, so I chose Yakiniku (Grilled meat) don. I like breakfast at Ryokan and breakfast at my parents' home, and I like to eat thick-flavored salmon and half-cooked ham and eggs with mayonnaise and soy sauce over white rice, so I wanted to eat my favorite salmon, but today... I'll leave it to you. The fish looks delicious, so I'll definitely try the fish next time. Will there be one person cooking and one person cooking? For lunch, I get the impression that it is carefully prepared. I had a business trip early in the day, so I waited 20 minutes, ate my food in 5 minutes, and headed home. lol It's my fault for going at the last minute. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) bowl was made with lean meat, but there was a lot of tender and delicious meat on it. Also, under the meat and on top of the rice were onions that had been carefully sautéed to make them sweet...As expected, it was a delicious Japanese-style meal restaurant lunch! A restaurant that serves delicious food that makes you want to come back at night next time.
