こだわりの本格焼酎をどうぞ

今回は焼酎バーで飲み会です。
通常はコース料理はないようですが、お店を貸しきって男性一人4500円（90分飲み放題付）でやってもらいました。
飲み放題は当然焼酎が中心。
まずは米焼酎の武者返し。
個人的に球磨焼酎が好きなので、武者返しが飲み放題に入っていたのはかなり嬉しかったです。
球磨焼酎の特徴である芳醇な香りが楽しめました。
前菜は時雨煮、蒸し鶏、出し巻き玉子。
どれも適度な味の濃さで焼酎のあてにぴったりでした。
料理は赤ウインナー、冷やしトマト、サツマイモスティック、豚肉の柔らか煮がカウンターに並べられてあり、ビュッフェスタイルで自分で取りに行きました。
こちらもどれも美味しかったのですが、中でもサツマイモスティックはマヨネーズとハチミツのソースが添えられていて、とても斬新でした。
マヨネーズの酸味とハチミツの甘さが意外にサツマイモに合いました。
これにはみんな感動していました。
メインは豚しゃぶ鍋。
たっぷりの野菜を入れて、野菜にある程度火が入ったら豚肉を入れて軽くしゃぶしゃぶします。
そして、豚肉で野菜を巻いてポン酢でいただきます。
これがまた美味いんです。
最後はマスターが残ったダシを使ってラーメンを作ってくれました。
玉子でとじてあり優しい味でした。
焼酎は黒糖焼酎の朝日、奄美、芋焼酎の市助をいただき、途中でマスターが特別に赤猿のスパークリングを出してくれました。
芋焼酎のスパークリングは初めてでしたが、芋の香りと甘みを感じられ、とても飲みやすかったです。
マスターも気さくで話しが面白く、楽しい時間が過ごせました。
