一人でお店をやられているのです。
カウンターのみで10席ほどのこじんまりとしたお店です。
注文はコースのみです。
鳥は名古屋コーチン。
やはり名古屋は名古屋コーチンですね。
串のほとんどは半生です。ただしぼんじりと皮と手羽はしっかりと焼いてありましたがつくねも半生です。
ささみは半生のお店は多いいのですがせせり、砂肝、もも、ハツなど半生です。
私的には鳥の半生は大丈夫なので美味しくいただきました。
残念なのはドリンクが少々いいお値段にされているので気軽に注文できなかったかな。
ウーロン茶さえも700円とはいかがか
家賃も高いだろうから仕方ないか
大将はご年配の方でこの店を始めて9年ほどににるそうだ以前はどこかの焼き鳥屋さんで働かれていたいです
全体的に好きな店でした。
