栄駅から徒数分のところにある焼き鳥屋さん。
会員制のお店ですが初回訪問のみテーブルチェックから誰でも予約することができます。
予約は1週間前から。
ビルの地下の怪しげな通路に小さい入り口があるのでそちらです。
事前にメールで連絡もらっていた暗証番号を扉に入力して入ります。
店内はカウンター横並びの席で7,8人座れそう。
でも満席になるまで入れてないっぽかったです。
仙人というかちょっと若いダンブルドアというか味のあるおっちゃんがお一人でやられています。
コースは9000円のみ。
名古屋コーチンを主に使用したコースです。
13品のうち串が10品。その後最後に鶏飯を希望すればいただけるとのことでもらいました。
通常通りの火入れのものもありますが、つくねやもも、せせりなどはかなりレアですね。
個人的には味だけを考えるともう少し焼いた方が出るのかなとは思いますがお肉の弾力や食感のコントラストを
楽しむための方法だと理解しました。
最後の鶏飯も鶏の脂でご飯がコーティングされていてとても美味しかったです。
多分初訪問の人はおっちゃんのぶっきらぼうさにびっくりするかと思いますが悪い人ではなさそう。
会員制なのも納得でした。
