【雰囲気】
友人たちとの食事会で利用しました。
丸栄の裏手にこんなお店があるのを知りませんでしたが、オープンしてからは長いそうです。
まずエントランスでおどろいたのはずらりと並ぶ焼酎！圧巻です。
博多のお店ですが、置いてある焼酎は鹿児島が多いそうです。
予約がしてあったのですぐに通していただけましたが、余程人気のお店なのでしょう、平日にもかかわらずベンチで待っている他のお客さんも見受けられました。
階段を上がり２階の個室に案内をされたのですが、階段を昇ってびっくり。
エントランスからはわかりませんでしたが、1階2階が吹き抜けになっており派手な壁画が壁一面に描かれていました。
お店全体が和テイストの内装になっており、少し薄暗い落ち着いた雰囲気で好感が持てました。
一緒に食事した女性の友人はトイレに感動していました。男性用のトイレは普通でしたが、どうやら女性用のトイレには男性用には無いグッズがたくさん置いてあるようです。（写真も撮ってきてもらいました）
席から吹き抜けの1階を見下ろすと、以外にも女性のお客さんがたくさん見受けられ、トイレの力の入れようにも納得しました。
他の席ではコンパをしていたり会社の宴会をしていたり、いろんなお客さんがいました。
【料理】
メニューを見ながら好きなものを注文したい派の私はコース料理は苦手なので単品で注文。
博多のお店ということもあり、一番のウリはもつ鍋のようです。
店員の方に他にもオススメを聞いたところ、餃子や馬刺が人気ということなのでもつ鍋とあわせてさっそく注文。
もつ鍋はダシが何種類か選べましたが、塩味をチョイス。
どれも絶品でした。
もつ鍋は上にワンタンの皮？が乗っており、不思議でしたがこれがもちもちとした食感で美味しかったです。
餃子はジュウジュウと音がなる鉄板の上に盛りつけてあり、こちらも美味しかったです。
女性を意識してなのか、食べやすい一口大の大きさでした。
馬刺は特別のお醤油があるようで、店員さんが一緒に持ってきてくれました。
少し甘みのあるお醤油に、生姜を少し混ぜていただきましたがこれが絶品。満場一致で追加注文してしまいました。
ほかにもいろいろ注文しましたが総じてどれも美味しかったです。

【サービス】
お店は落ち着いた雰囲気でしたが、店員さんは元気な方が多かったです。
若い店員さんが多く見受けられましたが、常に笑顔で注文を聞いて頂きました。
お店が入り組んでおり、トイレの場所がわからなかったのですが、それを察したのか若い男性の店員さんが声をかけてくれて案内してくれました。
帰る際も丁寧にお礼を言われ、お店の外までお見送りまでありました。
入店からお店を出るまで、気持ちのいい接客をしてもらえました。
難点は前述の通りトイレの場所が分かりづらいことでしょうか。
案内板などあるといいかとも思います。
とは言え料理もおいしく、接客も素敵でした！
