今回は初名古屋飲みでコーチンが食べたかったので、一鳳さんへ。
全体図的に美味しかったですが、コーチン鍋味噌味がちょっと口に合わず残念。

今や名古屋コーチンが食べられる店は愛知県外でも珍しくないが、めったに名古屋に足を運ぶことのない県外者の僕にとって、こちらのお店は選んで正解のお店だった。

名古屋コーチンづくしの親子丼。ダシはあっさりめで素材の味を楽しめました。

お盆中にお伺い。
お盆なので、鶏刺し身系が全て無しでしたが、
低音調理済みのレバーはありました。
やはり鶏も鮮度が大切ですね。
普通の時にまたお邪魔します。
