平日ランチタイムでお邪魔してみた。一鳳と言えばやはり名古屋コーチン・・・ただしランチなので今回軽めの親子丼を頂くことにした。
1人だったのでカウンターに案内され着席。やはり場所柄か私のような仕事の合間にこちらでランチを楽しむ男性一人客が多いようであった。
今回頂いた名古屋コーチン親子丼はセットで味噌汁と漬物付き。玉子はふわふわ、タレがご飯に絡んでとても美味しい～～
また上にたっぷりと乗った名古屋コーチンの歯応えが何とも言えず美味しかった。名古屋コーチンは筋肉質なので少々固めなのだが、咬めば咬むほど肉の旨味が感じられる。高齢者で入れ歯の人には少々キツいかもしれないが、健康な歯を持っている人ならばあの食感はたまらないものであろう。
これを食べるだけでも価値があるお店だと思う。
栄の中心部からは少々距離があり夜の街なので昼間にあまり足を踏み入れることのないのだが錦にもこんな素晴らしいお店があることを改めて知った次第であった。
