Our store purchases meat directly from a butcher shop in Shiga Prefecture. “Omi Beef” is a historical Japanese black breed that is considered one of the three major types of Japanese beef in Japan. Grown in the rich land on the shores of Lake Biwa, it has smooth flesh, sweet oil, fine texture, and a rich aroma. Because we are directly managed by a butcher shop, you can enjoy our products at reasonable prices. Please enjoy it over charcoal grill.◎We also accept orders for year-end gifts, mid-year gifts, and Barbecue. Please feel free to contact us.
